Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Sale / Earlybird Membership Refunds

NailSalon.Club will offer a limited pre-sale membership (Earlybird pricing) prior to opening.

  • All pre-sale memberships are 100% refundable if NailSalon.Club has not officially opened for service on or before Winter 2027.
  • In the event of non-opening by this date, all pre-sale members will automatically be eligible for a full refund of all membership fees paid, with no penalties or deductions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

2. Membership Cancellation After Opening

Once NailSalon.Club is officially open and operating:

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email to:
    info@nailsalon.club
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Fee (Waived Fee Recovery)

At the time of enrollment, certain initiation, enrollment, or priority access fees may be partially or fully waived as part of promotional pricing (including Earlybird, Premier, or Founder memberships).

  • Upon cancellation, a one-time cancellation fee will apply, equal to the total amount of fees that were waived at sign-up, based on the member’s tier:
    • Premier Members: Cancellation fee equals the Premier enrollment/initiation fee that was waived.
    • Founder Members: Cancellation fee equals the Founder enrollment/initiation fee that was waived.
  • This cancellation fee will be deducted from any refundable balance, or charged separately if no refundable balance remains.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership fees already used for completed billing periods are non-refundable.
  • Guest passes, bonus services, promotional perks, or complimentary add-ons issued as part of a membership are non-transferable and non-refundable once the membership is activated.

5. Method of Refund

  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.
  • NailSalon.Club is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment processors.

6. Policy Updates

NailSalon.Club reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will not retroactively affect memberships purchased prior to the update.
